If you lower Evo's to much you lose all the good handle characteristics.

About 10mm above the tyre is the ideal height, I had mine slammed and it handled like poo around QR.

=( I wish I can afford something better but due to financial issue, this is the best I can afford as i prefer better tyre than better wheel.....

This is my 4th set of Rota wheels.... they are great mate..... cant complaint especially after you see the price of those dodgy wheels at the local tyre shops

Why not run the stock wheels until you could afford the ones you wanted, second hand forged wheels from Japan are not that expensive given the exchange

Wouldn't trust the knock off wheels if you're intending on driving hard

LOL seriously I used rota as my track wheel on an EG civic with B18CR engine in. No problem. We do have a budget on everything and we are not as rich as you do who can afford brand new wheels from Japan like you... well I used to but not anymore after I get married. If you talk about safety, i rather get better tyre with cheaper wheel myself instead of get those 4k wheels with few hundreds tyre. No offence mate but i have to change my brake disc and pads too so I got a budget on wheel choice and the tyre which come with the car is china made tyre so instead of getting replacement tyre, i get the whole set of wheel and Sdrive for $1600 shipped to my door =)

Also i heard Work wheels from Japan crack on normal road anyway so all depends on luck =)
