Just wondering if you need a mod plate in N.S.W. for a AE93 corolla hatch with a 20v 4age? I know you need one in Q.L.D. but have heard that you dont for N.S.W.

any info would be helpful

Around $400 to $700 at most places for an engineers certificate, take car to get a blueslip for an 'adjustment of records' for around $50 then off to the RTA to submit paperwork where they ass rape you again.
