Genuine JDM DC2R's will have compliance plates somewhere too as they are imports.

Thats a massive difference in peak torque RPM....

Basic differances are

front end

JDM - 16's
AUDM 15's

JDM - 4-2-1 headers
AUDM - 4-1 headers

and a few other little things... but not worth the hassle of importing or ONLY looking for a JDM one... when you can but a AUDM DC2R, actually get log books, and know the history of the car.

And if you REALLY want the JDM front, you can buy the pieces (Guards, bonnet, lights, bar etc) for around $1500 (Non-HID).

If you wanted to know the differance between a AUDM and JDM DC5R... there is quite a big difference...

main differnece you need to know are all above OP. Im after a dc2r aswell and ive figured its better to just go for the aus spec one. I actually prefer the aus spec front over the jdm anyways and you can always change the headers and get a vtec controller for earlier kick in. Nothing wrong with the 15s on our one either
