nearlly all suspension shops would do it professionally. you dont need anything if you want it done professionally, just money to fix the bill.

mmmm

go to a suspension place.

tell them you want them to wind the front torsion bars down.
tell them you want the rear leaf springs reset flat. Get them to cut the bumpstops down front and rear while their at it.

See if you like it how it sits. If you want the rear lower you will need Lowering Blocks. I recon go 2.5" blocks and it should sit nice.

If your not happy with the front its easy, wind the torsion bars down.

done.

Whether or not you change the stock or reset the leaves, if its that low (to hit the bump stops) the ride will be rough as not matter what. if its just got blocks in i'd say, if you take your bumpstops out you will free up a bit of room for the shockies to actually do they're job, ie. smoother ride

my leafs cost 320. Thats with all labour. i dropped it off and picked it up two days later. That was with a mechanic though, and all they did was send it to pedders.
