Hey im located in Albany Creek and we got some decent hail here hey...

Lucky my car was parked inside the garage, however my little bros car was outside....so i had to run out with a rug in an attempt to soften the blow before the hail started comming down....

To cut a long story short the hail got to the car before i could secure the rug over it...to make it worse i had to get an old stackhat from the garage to protect my noggin from those little fuckers...

but jesus christ i looked like the biggest gimp trying to cover a car with a rug wearing a helmet in the middle of a hail storm... sad.gif

Lets just say they hurt when they hit your back!!!! angry.gif

We were at Indy when it was hailing. Car was parked over at neat Australia fair but didnt get any damage. The hail at the indy was fairly sizeable too........

drove to aus fair to park undercover but i don't think the hail up here in labrador/southport was big enough to do any panel damage anyway.

i was also in indy and some of them had a fair size ay. my car was on chevron and i was sketching but it seems to be ok - haven't had a great look yet. a bird shitted on my door handle tho angry.gif

got plenty of hail down currumbin way,some the size of golfballs! Saw heaps of smashed screens and dinted cars. POOR WRX STI got hammered sad.gif .

I live in paradise waters, opposite the indy straight...and the hail we got was tiny (i dont know what all u indy people are on about) compared to currumbin which i drove though before....theres sooo many cracked/shattered windows and sunroofs.

All i know is i got hit the head and it hurt....but i had sunk half a carton of jims the night before plus a couple in teh morning topped off with a couple of vb's throughout the day so might be exgurating a little...tongue.gif
