For the return of the car in good condition and also the person/s who stole it

Black VS ute with the numberplates 57ARE stolen wednesday 15/9/04 from southern queensland area.

my mates ute with the plates 57ARE was stolen last night (Wednesday) from banora point. any information leading to the relocation will be greatly appreciated and the is a massive reward.

It's a black VS Commodore ute with VX bodykit, 19inch rims, sunroof, 1JZ and front mount and 57ARE plates, you can't miss it so please keep your eyes peeled guys!!! Brad seriously need to find it as it doesn't have full comp insurance! sad.gif sad.gif

how much do u think this ute is worth...they pay out 5 grand for fire and theft.....don think its gonna replace it.

Bloody Banora Point is getting worse than Kingscliff for car thefts. I bet I know where the wanker/s that stole it come from too (looks to a certain caravan park that needs a bomb dropped on it dry.gif )

For those that know the owner feel free to pass this messgae on. I don't mind driving the owner around down here to some of the spots where they dump stolen cars if it helps him at all as I live 5mins if that from Banora Point. Pretty sure this guy use to drive around with a girl that has a red ute similar model etc etc done up to. Just tell him not to get his hopes up with assistance from Tweed Heads Police as they prefere to drive up and down the beaches here at Kingscliff all day perving at ladies sunbaking toppless dry.gif

If he wants to drive around and look for it in case it has been dumped try some of these places where they like to dump cars.

1.) Drive the old coast road from Kingscliff to Wooyung
2.) Drive the Murwillumbah Kyogle road and just past UKI got to Clarrie Hall dam
3.) Back road from Nerang to Murwillumbah (because it's a tight twisty road they love to joy ride on it and with heaps of bush to dump things)
4.) Right down the very end of the main road that runs along the river at Kingscliff (past the pub and newsagency behind the caravan park)
5.) Back road from Banora Point to Tumbulgum.

had both an alarm and immobiliser.

they wanted 5 g a year with a 3 g excess and were only going to insure it for 15 grand. work all that out and u dont end up much better off than getting the 5 grand back from 3rd party fire and theft.

being 20 with these sorta mods...just cars was the only insurance company.


thats why there is a large reward out on the car.

Theres nothing worse than having a car stolen. It feels like someones invaded your privacy. IT's terrible.

looks like a phat ride there, unfortunately i dont have much hope for you (please prove me wrong) as if they managed to get in with an alarm and imobiliser, than it was a pro hit. so i dont think u will see it again sad.gif

How'd they steal it with an alarm & immobiliser? Tow it away? If they bypassed that and still got it started and drove off...yeah, I'd say it wasn't kids that took it for a joy ride. Sounds like it was pro's (or someone got the keys).

Best of luck in recovering the vehicle. Keep us up to date on what's happening.

Sorry to hear about this, to be a VS commodore stolen im guessing they must have stolen the keys as well as that standard security system is almost impossible to get pass unless you have the key..

didnt get the keys...there is only one set and we still have them

the engine was stock....just had dual stage boost, BOV and PWR intercooler

the interior was also stripped cos was about to get retrimmed so if anyone is asking around for a whole VS interior let us know.


we had already made up a flyer similiar and have handed out a few...but to anyone who wants to print that off and help us out....THANK YOU SO MUCH

the more people that know the better chance we have.

Has anyone been for a run to the places I suggested to look in case it has been dumped? If not let me know and I'll go for a run as I have today off so don't mind helping out.

P.S. Whilst the reward money is a nice offer I wouldn't think or would hope that no one would accept it if they did find the ute. After all that's what the car scene is all about helping each other out.
