Hey,
today my dad was tellin me about a once off car that was made that had 2 v8 engines?
Just wondering if anybody have any pics or info about it?

1986 street machine, WB ute had a 253 in front and a Blown 350 in the back , lost that copy years ago sorry ....

Some Jeep concept, one hemi in the front, one in the back. Forgot the name, hurricane or something. That was a couple of years back.

That bloody awesome burnout van posted a week or two ago!

Not exactly unheard of, just not common.

hotwheels car. they made a working version of it i think it was on rides a while ago? type in TWINMILL into youtube or google. looks dicky as fuck though

Yeah they actually take those hotwheels cars out on the track. Pretty cool just for the uniqueness of the builds, never mind the styling. But lets be honest... Twin V8's is pretty much pointless other than bogan bragging rights.

Veyron is pretty far from bogan and that is essentially two V8's.

As far as design goes however, bigger/more is not always better no.

seen a hyundai tiburon in the states with another motor chucked in the boot powering the rear wheels lol rans 10s if i recall correctly and pulled some sick helis. slighlty off topic tho sorry

Yeah seen something simalar to that it was a old corolla seca with 2 east-west mounted engines, one in the front one in the back, on a high-octane dvd from what i remember coldnt say which one

there is also an old crolla with an 350chev in the back and front in england.

Yep, i remember this ute, actually spotted the copy of Street Machine magazine that it is on the cover of when i was sorting out my old magazine collection the other week!!

Might dig it out later if i have nothing better to do.

So you guys obviously haven't heard of Tommy Ivo then, hey! He's a legend in the drag racing world for multi engine dragsters - especially with his AWD "Showboat" & Riviera Wagon Master Quad V8 drag cars built in the 60's.
