Wondering if anyone knows how to "ping and traceroute results" whatever the fuck that means. It's telling me on the TPG site to do that but it doesn't say anything about HOW to do it.

click start > run
type cmd
click OK
type ping tpg.com.au
(that's ping<space>tpg.com.au)
hit enter
Same for tracert tpg.com.au
(and again tracert<space>tpg.com.au)

Isn't that the same as a Trace Route?
It seems to do the same thing but includes the original location (i.e. location 0 - local workstation)
