If you don't mind being sterilised by the nuclear radiation, or getting high from the smoke drifting from the other side of the road that the hippies are camped, it would be an exellent place...



Or the fact the copshop is about 2 minutes away... and that now anything goes down there and they will be there in less than 2 minutes...
