Hi. Dose anyone on here have a 4500 stall in a vl on here with Rb30et. Is it ok to drive on the streets. Thanks

yeah i also wouldn't recomend 4500 stall for a street driven car, as i use to build them 3500-3800 should be well enough... |

must have some good work done to require a stall of that size?? either way spend the bucks and buy a new stall built to your engine/driveline specs as not all stally's are the same. You could buy a 100 second hand ones and still not get any of them to work correctly..do it right the first time.. |

Thats a big stall man is it just for street? if so i would just go a 2500 way to small lol, even i run a 3k in my BMW, and its just a standard engine with turbo strapped to it, go to somewhere that builds converters man, let them know what ur wanting to use the car for, they can build you a stally that will be spot on |

You could buy a 100 second hand ones and still not get any of them to work correctly..do it right the first time.. i've seen alot of people come in & ask for huge stalls with little power & they just dont do the job the same if its not built right. as dano said get a new one, tell them your specs & they will build one from scratch... red diamond stall converters are pretty good, well they use to be when i worked there & before they sold the business to ASNU.. |
