if you were being silly you can be busted. if you accidently just slid out you shouldnt be busted. dont think you can be busted for fleeing the scene if its just some flowers.

You cannot be charged for flattening flowers. If they do, just state common law.

This is why you have third party property insurance.

How can you not be charged for flattening flowers? Its damaging personal/public property isn't it? And im pretty sure damaging private/public property is an offense?

if you go to the cops you will get charged for neg driving, if you make a claim through an insurance company they might wanna have a police report number in which case you will get charged for neg driving

pretty sure it's a couple of points and around a 200 buck fine

happened to me when i was 16 and lost it in the wet around a corner

if this has occured on council property then who ever has spotted you has the right to call the local council and report this, if they have managed to get your plates they can forward this onto the council as well as they may require compensation for the damages (yes there only flowers I know but they still may require compensation as in labor and materials to replace these)

this may or may not happen but be mindful of it anyway..

in most circumstances your right.. however in this situation the ignorance of not knowing you hit or damaged the pot plants would make it very hard to be done for fleeing a crash scene...

however given the circumstances i would park your car in the garage.. and deny it ever happened.. and if police come to your door... well i suggest you read xxxxgolds thread on searches and you will be sweet. just deny deny deny.. and you will be right..
