Hey all. Recently I've been moved up to live here in Townsville for the next few years. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good and reliable mechanics around town, mostly with sports cars/imports? I know it's not much in the scene but I drive an S2k and definitely would love to have it well treated in the right hands (i'm not mechanically minded) Any tips would be appreciated thanks. |

Oh and dude, if you plan on being really sick or are dieing and are in need of immediate help from health services, it would be much easier and safer to just die. |

The only half decent mechanic is tms or townsville mechanical service if they are still there i used them when i lived there. however NEVER go to extreme motorsport they are mega rip offs and do poor quality work. with your kind of car send to Brisbane to have work done will work out cheaper in the long run |

It doesn't need specialist mechanics. If a mechanic can't service/repair a Honda there's something wrong with him. |

Wow seriously! I thought Xtreme motorsport was the place to go for skylines and imports generally...Never been but always gets mentioned to me.. I need to get injectors flow tested somewhere locally. Anyone know anybody?? |

I got sick of them today after 2 hours of them never answering their phone. They picked up the phone the last time only to leave it hanging. I could hear people in the shop but no one talking to me on the phone. This is so that the next caller will get a busy signal and won't interrupt their business...bit annoyed. Sorry for bringing up a slightly old thread btw |

The quality of work went south and they also stole a set of cams off me i brought a set of stage 1 tomei cams off them second hand for a reasonable price then once fitted refused to give back the standard items. plus a few of my mates that had there cars sitting there had stuff removed and never replaced. I could go on but i cbf. |

Iv been there for 7 years and I have not heard anything of that we have loads of parts there and would not need or keep std Nissan cams .if u wanted std Gtr cams or rb 25 cams just ask mate and they will give you a set . Talks is cheap mate been the same owner the whole time only been away for injuries call 47289111 |

Thats funny first of all the original owner sold up in 04 thats when it went down hill dude obviously you weren't there when it started happening and wouldn't admit it if it was. By the way who mentioned anything about an rb? The cams were out of an sr20det so maybe you should get your facts right first before saying anything. |
