If its anything like the gas system i had on my 5L it actually costs you more to run around town.

Looks good. Slam some Retro HDT rims with redwalls on em, would look mint.

because i don't think he has figured out yet that gas has a higher octane level then pump fuel and is cheaper to run . and that if he did a few things to his 5ltr then it would fly running on gas.. might coast a little to get the right set up running but in the end u fill ur car up for 40 dollars instead of 90 and u get more power .. see how it works . and btw nice mate i don't mind a tidy vn ss but you really need to get rid of those hideous wheels .. they ruin the tuff nature of the car

I complain about having to put fuel in my 2.0L 4cyl Silvia lol, can't imagine driving that! Would look good with the right wheels and some red walls! GL with it OP

premium fuel is to dear keep the gas or do what i do and fill with 91 regular and then mix the octane in your self to bring it to 98 or higher works out costing me less and i no what i'm getting then as some servos have been none to sell 95 as 98 or better yet take it in have it tuned to e10 you can get the same power or more and it's cheaper don't listen to the bullshit stories about e10 even the v8 super cars run it so long as your car is tune right it's grate

Tuning the delco for e10 is no easy exercise. Stay gas dude maybe even go straight gas and save some weight. Its good shit, tuned right with selected mods it can equal cheaper hp. I fill up the dirty big Val for 30 bucks a week and do 350-400ks. Gas haters can suck my dick. Get amongst it mate.

im not being nasty here but why waste your time on tuning for e10 its shit if you want go power with the abilty to tune and make hp go e85 and tune that or as stated stick with the gas defintely cheaper

that's E85 you muppet, and the cheap shit that comes out of the flex bowsers is nothing like the performance e85 that you get out of the barrels.

    e10 fuck yeah.

fuck e10 i wont even run that garbage in my mower Now Listen and Learn .Each of these fuels has advantages and disadvantages. For example, the methanol fuel used in Indy cars has the advantage that it can run at extremely high compression ratios (meaning more power) Methanol also has a nice safety feature -- you can extinguish a methanol fire with water. 110-octane gasoline also handles high compression well. Nitromethane is basically a liquid explosive and contains a great deal of energy per unit volume (more than twice that of gasoline). The advantage of using LPG as a motor fuel is its potential for cost savings. It can be up to 60 percent cheaper than petrol, litre for litre. But because LPG does not contain the same amount of energy as petrol, both fuel consumption and power will suffer. However later model vehicles are generally less affected .An increase in fuel consumption of around 30 percent to 40 percent should be expected when operating on LPG but this is more than offset by the lower cost per litre of gas. Other advantages are reduced exhaust emissions and potentially longer engine life. so honestly mate dont listen to a bunch of desk jockeys here are the FACTS .....smile.gif
