Hey this is my first car only done a few little things like the aftermarket front bumper, few neons round the interior, aftermarket projector headlights, some white vinyl, Monza pedals, drift gear nob, stereo and amp. Got this car as a gift and ive just been doing small things to it since ive had it past 6 months. Slowly I am doing more im hoping of doing a h.i.d conversion on the headlights and foglights, exhaust dont know how big etc atm so opinions welcome, getting windows tinted 18% next wednesday, going to get it sprayed by my uncle dont know what colour though so any suggestions would be appreciated, coilovers, rims, slotted rotors. Anything that pops into your mind would be great to know i know it isnt a great car but its a car haha thanks.

Also, the front bar suits it. But would look heaps better with some rims and decent offset. I love the foglights. I don't know about HIDs until you get projectors, otherwise you will have stupidly bright light going all over the place and blinding everyone on the road.. Just sayin' thumbsup.gif

If you have projectors, go for it! HIDs are awesome. I have them in my Prelude, 6,000ks. Pure white, aimed right down though so I don't blind everyone.

Good for first car,do tasteful exterior mods like some nice wheels as a start and you're at least rolling in something respectable.

Bolded I don't like about it, underlined I do.....

As far as the paint goes, just give it a good tidy up in the original silver, these are a nice car though. thumbsup.gif

My first car (that I bought myself) was a 96 GX Rallye. Loved that thing to bits. Why the fully sick kit though? These things look awesome with front lips and minor GT / STI mods. I'm yet to see a Liberty (Gen2 at least) that looks good with fantastic fiberglass. You can pick up nice WRX rims or later model Liberty rims (like MY06 era) pretty cheap, and they look far less horrible than many of the options out there for Subaru's.

I like the fron bar, with some low and some offset this could be an awesome first cruiser. Like SubaruSam said, with some good headers and a well made (ie. not just 3 inches straight through with a cannon) exhaust, they can get a nice rumble that's not too obnoxious. Good stuff, mate.
