QUOTE(chuckwilltalk @ Jun 26 2007, 08:12 PM) G'day im chucky Make: Suzuki Model: Sierra JX Year: 1991 Engine: 1.3L Mods Done: Extractors 2"exhaust system 31/10.5/15 BFG All Terrains Monza Autotecnica Racing seats Pod filter chequerplate door pannels 4x 6" Narva Spotlights (for the roof) 2x 9" Narva Spotlights 170W sony xplode speakers Alpine CDA 7876RB head unit Green missile switches Diff Breathers Blue paint lol Custum front bumper chequerplate tailgate Ute style cover SAAS Steering wheel 32/36 weber carby Mods Planned: SPOA 2"Body lift Carpeted Favorite Mod: Extractors, 2" exhaust It used to be my brothers but i inherited it once he got a hilux so i started making a few changes to it While he had it we put on a 3" suspension lift. First off was some 31x10.50 BFGoodrich All terrains for a little more traction when we were out 4wding. once the bigger wheels were out on there were two obvios problems 1. The wheels contacted the front bumper and 2. It needed more power. the first thing we did from there was to remove the front bumper and cut away the poles that were in the way. then it was a few phone calls and a couple of weeks later to get the Extractors and 2" exhaust. from there the car was looking ok but i decided to remove the old sun damaged paint and start preparing for a respray. this took ages with only sand paper and my dad and i working on it but we eventually got the whole car stripped back. Then it was on to laying down the new paint, not an easy thing to do when neither of us had any experience in spraypainting nor did we have anywhere suitable to do it. we eventually decided to just do most of the parts in the gareden shed and the main body on the front lawn (sorry to the neighbors). the end result was quite good. so far all thats left to do is get a new soft top and a chequerplate tailgate and it will all be done, for now. im going to try to upload as many pics as i can. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() tuff lil beast mate what sorta rims are they |
