QUOTE(Droopz @ Jul 23 2008, 11:12 AM) Cool. I've gotta a few darwin people crashing at my joint on the sunday night, so if anyone else wants a place to park their car and roll out a swag on the floor, let me know. Got room for three more? We haven't sorted anything out in the way of camping accommodation yet (Heck, I don't even know where we're all spending the Saturday night... Hayes Creek?) |

We'll fire up some BBQs and spend the night fixing everything that you guys brake on teh way down That sounds like a mighty fine idea!! Beware though, I drive a gemini so chances are nearly every component or system will be broken or malfunctioning by then |

QUOTE(ancullen @ Jul 23 2008, 12:17 PM) GT-Four will be there. Clutch is organised and will be installed next week. Will have to visit some tyre joints for some spares. I spoke too soon. I either need to find a mechanic to change my clutch that doesn't charge $100+ per hour, or bite the bullet and do it myself. Transverse engine & gearbox with AWD = teh sux. |

It's got plenty of that. You'll still be doing a drift session while lap sprinting, Lars At least there won't be dodgy AWD cutting in. |

Shock! Horror! Adam has failed again. Thanks to a lack of fundage I wasn't able to get a clutch quick enough to find out that I needed a specific one to work with my stupid ORC flywheel & clutch assembly. The ORC flywheel has dowels to locate their weird pressure plate assembly. A new Xtreme ultra lightweight chromemoly flywheel has been ordered, expected to arrive Tuesday. It's even lighter than the ORC one, and should be the lightest 3S-GTE flywheel available. |
