I've had this happen a couple of times as well, It doesn't bother me I actually got a better deal from a reputable tyre store the next day, And the other time i just wanted a tyre changed ( strip and fit job ) didn't care about balancing but couldn't be arsed doing it my self, Ended up going home and doing it my self.

There wont be a next time....... If myself and others here have had the same issue, I wont take the risk and simply shop elsewhere.

Ok , not many shops open till 5 everyday, sometimes were there till 6pm . But if you don't mind paying more elsewhere as we beat all quotes. I talked to the boys and they said the last eftpos receipt was at 510pm two weeks ago on wed. Maybe you went to the workshop out the back when all the boys were inside in the showroom, a lot of new customers do this so to other users ; If theres no one in the workshop go inside the show room and you'll find them in there. Thanks

so your gonna ride this guy because he wasn't there at 4.30 . Here's an idea don't be such a fuckwit and turn up at a place more than half an hour before they shut to get your shit done. if you cant make it there earlier ring them and make sure they'll be there its not rocket science

did they tell you thats there trading hours personally ? im guessing no or they would have been there waiting for you . so you show up somewhere assuming there gonna be open(probably wanting a job done straight away reguardless of whether they are booked out for the rest of the day .which is only half an hour anyway if that was there trading hours) and when there not you go onto boost and rag on him like a little bitch and then expect him to do you a super deal as its his "last chance"
trust me the last thing people want is entitled customers like yourself

Well he didn't really come on here to rag on the guy. He just mentioned his experience. I wouldn't really feel like going back to a place that close earlier than they say they do. Kinda tells me they are a bit lazy.

Going have to agree here. People always leave things to the last minute. If you can't organise your shit don't blame someone else.

I have purchased tyres from these guys numerous times, each time the boys have done nothing but give me every reason to tell all my mates to go there, and they also did beat everyone elses price on the tyres i purchased, keep up the good work boys, will be in again soon.

I gotta question for you, do you get paid if you leave early from your job.... What would your boss say if you left 30 mins early from your job ?

he said he went there and got fucked around..... (ie not open) and last min is turning up at 5 to 5 and getting told sorry we are shutting up for the day, not 30 mins before hand !

Is this that dodgy convenience store looking place behind the BP on Tambo - waterford (nerang st for technicality)?

I never expected them to fit them up that day. To be honest, I assumed they would need to order them in. And in turn I would get them fitted up a few days later. (exactly what I did with the shop I purchased from).
