Hi all. I'm Bob and I am returning to Darwin after a 2 year break. Some of you know me, others may remember my little turbo pulsar
Some minor changes. New wheels, NIStune ECU and LSD import gearbox.

Hope to see you all in a couple of weeks when I arrive. I will also be paying Dave a visit at HTT to sort out a townsville mechanics incompetence.

Good luck with that. Welcome though

Dave is pretty picky with work he is taking on at the moment. He does not like bullshit jobs that he has to spend ages on trying to fix others fuckups. But go see him and see what he says.

He has a habbit of saying no at the moment. Though thank god he did not say no to the supercharged Micra setup. Would have been stuffed without him.

What power is the n13 pulling now. Did you used to race it at Hidden Valley?

Dave did the engine conversion for me so and he is the only one who worked on my car in darwin so hopefully he will be able to have a look at it. Nothing major, just got to figure out this damn misfiring problem. I think it is the MAF sensor so an upgrade to a Z32 will be done, then a tune to get the best from the new NIStune ECU. Last proper dyno tune was done in Darwin with 150Kw at the front wheels. With the new ECU and some upgrades I think a safe tune of 165 - 175Kw atw will be achievable.

I have raced the car at Hidden valley a long time ago but that was with a stock CA and top mount intercooler. Powercruise 2008 was the cars last outing with all the mods and the 150kw power figure. Surprised a few people in much larger cars ( well, everything is larger than a pulsar) and had a great time. I hope they are back next year as I will defiantly be there burning around.

Not everything is larger than a Pulsar, mine's much smaller! This was on the truck at the Queensland dealer before it got here.

Nice to know that not everyone needs a titanic sized V8 to have fun. Small cars rock! :)

Yeah i remember it at Hidden Valley. Oh well i am sure he will have a look at it for you if you been with him for a while. He knows his shit. THe micra is running sweet now with the new supercharger setup on it and its all thanks to him.

90 hilux space cab, 2wd, two tone paint, cadillac tail lights, shaved etc etc no engine mods at all (p plate laws), except extractors bahaha.

i seriously miss this car, i wish i never sold it and i wish i had've brought it up here when we moved. Was such an awsome car to cruise in, i loved it so much :)

Yeah Dave was always really good. I have great respect for that man. Hope to see you guys out and about in the "Super mini's" soon. I'll let you know when the car is sorted out and running properly.

Is that the light Green Micra??? I remember one from a few years ago with an exhaust and some wheels.

Jane Doe, nice mini truck. That would have been hard to get rid of.

haha yeah i know, it was lower towards the end, those photos were when i first got it back on the road, the day after i rego'd it lol

a few weeks after that the head gasket gave way and it stayed off the road for ages while we sourced another 22r, Joel had one from his lux and he put that in, but it was f***ed too LOL so we had to get a third engine, eventually found one. But while it was off the road we jammed it a little bit more... plan was to eventually bag it, but things change and now we're up here!
