Its guna be my bit of a project, If all goes well should hopefully be done by christmas time. While engine is out all engine bay will be gettin painted orange to match the ute and get rid of all the stuff thats not needed.

I have the engine already pulled apart waitin for the stroker kit and have some of the other parts im usin aswell.
Im doin all the work and everything myself except for tuning.

I will fill in the details as it is now and after will be wats gettin done.

Year/Make/Model: 1999 series 3 vs ute

Colour: Bright orange with sparkles

Engine Type: Now: v6 ecotek
After: 5ltr v8 stroked to 383ci (6.3ltr), C.O.M.E Racing stroker

Engine Mods: Now: Bigger cam, ss inductions cold air intake
After: Huge cam, stiffer valve springs, Harrop hi rise intake manifold, 1000cfm 4 barrel throttle body (air filter will poke up through bonnet), fair bit of head work, MSD ignition, few other things along the way.

Exhaust: Now: Pacemaker extractors with lukey 2 1/2inch
After: Pacemaker extractors with twin 3" exhaust

Power: Now: Duno
After: Not real sure, see wat happens when its goin

Gearbox: Now: Getrag 5 speed manual with heavy duty clutch
After: Fully built auto transmission with 3500-4000rpm stally

Diff: Now: LSD standard gearing
After: LSD with prob 4.11 diff gears

Brakes: Now: Standard
After: Bigger front rotors and brakes, standard rear

Suspension: Monroe shocks and springs front and rear

Wheels/tyres: 19"

Interior: All interior painted black and white with orange dash facia but white is goin to be painted black

Other Mods: Hole in bonnet for air filter to poke through

Sound System: clarion head unit with alpine speakers and 10" sub

    Nice ute i like the colour not a fan of the taillights though would go back to stock ones and not a fan of the interior the painted bits just make it look shit.

    already looked into that but i want to build a stroker motor for it.

    lol at converting from manual to auto but otherwise should be a good build if you go through with it

    yeh the interior was done when i got it, it will prob be goin all black and yeh im puttin the standard tail lights back in

    Lol at someone who doesnt realise that auto's shift faster than manual's. If you're going to have an off tits car, you want a gearbox that can handle the power and esp if you're also going to be doing skids. All the top burnout cars run auto's.
    5k on an auto will make the fucker move rather quick.

    the money spent on working the 5lt would definitely be better invested in a LS1 or LS2, arnt they lighter as well?

    was this from bundy? if so i remember it from when i was up, dropped on its nuts on stockos with rear bumps removed, could hear it smackin chassis from miles away, looked cool though. oh and give us a yell if you wanna sell the m35 on the cheap, thinking i may need a spare at sometome after the build is done

    Believe me this actually happened, about a week after he posted this I saw it no bonnet no engine and panel beaters in East Bundaberg being preped, Haven't been there in a while so not sure how it turned out. Don't be a hater a lot of people don't use this site anymore because people like you are jerks.
