Welded some heavy mesh onto the bullbar:

Bad. Fucking. Ass.

Sprayed some paint over where id stripped paint for welding but we only had red (in a town where having spray paint at all is frowned upon and regulated, you dont get much of a choice so its gonna stay red primer'd i think). At least it wont rust.

Slowly bombproofing it for the upcoming muster, going to be a big one, need all i can get!

Wow, what a day.

Up at 5am and drove to Brisbane to get a Tune.

16 Psi got me 320.6hp and a dead flat AFR readout of 12 (LOOK AT THAT BOOST HOLD WOO! lol)

[attachment=1450836:2011_04_...21.50.02.jpg]

20 Psi (still falling off after 6500rpm) got me 350.0hp. again, AFR's 12 flat (this is a P.B. for me)

[attachment=1450832:2011_04_...11.53.44.jpg]

Then I went out to the CHR drag day and got a 12.80 at 116mph, this time and the mph are again both P.B.'s and I know theres more in the old girl. (will post time slip tomorrow)

I'm so tired now though!

It has keys? oopsie.gif

OT: Nothing. Brother has parked the Skyline in and gone out. Pretty unmotivated with the cars atm, so I'm looking at investing the disposible income.

Now I need to find out what the fuck I did last time to get in as the key doesn't open the door with out power unless I do some fucking code with the lock (Backwards, FWD, FWD, FWD, Backwards, etc)

Fuck BMW's tongue.gif.

Let me guess, Code for lock is in Manual, Manual is in glovebox??

put shaved boot lid on my s13,
swapped the lock barrels between the old and new boot lids so I only need one key still,
re-routed the wiring from the third brake light off boot lid, and ordered a new window brake light on ebay to put in before I get it pit passed
and installed a DVD player :-)

Brake lights jammed on the other day smelt like the car was having a electrical fire too. Car had been sitting for 3 days so thought I'd figure it out today.

Lucky it was the brake pedal that had to be Adjusted so the brake lights will turn off.. Put all the plastics back in the boot. Sold Subs, amps, capacitors. checked the oil and connected the battery back up.

More ute stuff.

Tried to find the bad ground/dodgy connection thats causing the indocators to only work when they want, and for the full beam headligjts not to work at all (park lights, tail and brake lights all work flawlessly).

Failed.

im the opposite. I don't do friends cars. unless they have boobs and blowies is possible. my mates expect shit as a favour which they will re-pay.? when in reality, they have no useable skills. complete strangers or someone who hears about me through the grapevine are the ones I go for. providing they ACTUALLY have the money. providing that all goes right, more cash work comes along along with profit and beers. alot of the time i admit, it is a bit of a stab in the dark.

like regarding the post of mine you quoted. deadlines are in place, and if not met. shit will indeed get real :prevoke: argue.gif oopsie.gif

apart from that, I skidded mine all the way home and cracked a beer. cheers
