After last time degenerating into an argument I thought Id still share my pictures for the drivers want to see how their cars fared through hungry, here you go. Insert the buff right out for the 180, never like to see such a big accident with the excel though, she was very lucky to walk away from that relatively unscathed.

Look forward to seeing you guys at the top gear meet next weekend!

Great pics there keep them coming I have only a very basic camera & don't get the type of pics you get but that hasn't stopped me putting a few onto different forums. It is great to see cars on track & Lakeside is such a great place to take pics well done

RSR GT3 is porn as is the Cobra.

Excel - all they're good for is testing tyre-walls.

I was the one driving the excel that rolled. I was doing really good till then 1min14sec was my best time till the accident.
I was rushed to the RBH with possible internal bleeding and spinal injuries. but only bumps and bruisers and a pulled tendon in my hand.

I'll be out there again at the next track attack even if i dont race I'll be watching.

Good to hear you've walked out of that one, but please if you're going to race an Excel; or any of the early 90's hatch backs put a cage in them.

Cars from that era are seriously made from al-foil !

All the guys thought I couldn't push my car that much. That's why I had no cage no race seat no harness but I've been told that I'm not racing without a cage etc coz apprently I'm fearless. My new nickname is crash thanks work :-) but main thing is I'm alright. Currently I feel like s**t but I'm lucky to be alive. Check out track attack username "sin16" for picture of the front of the car. Bit messy.
See yas all out there in December!

Added a couple more of the silver lancer, unfortunately I dont have any more of the fiat, I was busy getting some tips from a a photographer on the day and talking to some of the drivers, by the time I was ready for it it had already broken Im afraid, I do have one of it lined up in the pits if you want it?

Its all very well to crash and be tough about it, thing is why was there a crash and what has been learnt from it. We all have to learn, trick is not to let ego get in the way of becoming a better driver.

The sprint are getting bigger and bigger every meet, more and more competitors as well as spectators. In relation to the cars a couple of years ago if you could run in the 59's that was fast. Last weekend there were 4 cars running mid 58's.
