 Threads Won't Load - can't open past page 1

I'm having trouble opening some threads. It's happening on both my laptop and Iphone. The laptop is on my home network, the iphone is on telstra 3G.

It is happening mainly in the NT section. I can open the first page of a thread, such as https://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index....howtopic=260440 but when i try to navigate to the last page of the topic ( https://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index....440&st=2400 ) i get an error message -

I've tried to clear the cookies but it hasn't made a difference, and i don't think they would matter anyway as it is happening on two devices on two networks.

any suggestions?
