hi all just wanted to see how much interest there would be in a dyno day either in brisbane or here on the coast if they ever get the dyno built at nerang.

hi guys i just found out today that the awd dyno at nerang is finished and up and running so yeah it will be an awd dyno so everyone can come fwd,awd or rwd. i am going to go and see management and ask them if they mind having a dyno day there and when we can get the dyno to hold the day so for all of those interested please post here so that i can get an idea on how many people might want to come hopefuly if we can get enough people and get a good price we may even be able to get some prizes or something as well.ok

Just one thing, make sure they let you run what boost you want. I have heard of some dynos not letting you run above 1bar, as they dont want to be resonsible or something.

ok i will do that mate but who runs only 1 bar shit i run 1.2 to 1.3 you can never trust a boost gauge completely. biggrin.gif

everyone knows mine, it's the WRC Blue MY00 with rice lights smile.gif



If you get the name of that DYNO that would be great as I looked to orginise a dyno day months ago, but i couldn't get any of the big dynos in bris involved as it was christmas and CNJ do a good one with prizes, sausage sizzle etc etc...



there was plenty of interest, but fuck all availability..

You guys ever been around when a cars supercharger belt flew off while it was on the dyno?



The sound amplifies when the dyno is in a shed. Very loud!

hey all yeah the dyno has been a bit of a secret up till now but then it was only finished 2or3 days ago.

it seems we are starting to get some interest spread the word the more the merrier

hi all i went and sussed out the dyno today.

it is a brand new dyno dynamics dyno.

they have all the latest software and the place is set up pretty well.

you can run any boost levels you like.

i am aimming to hold this mid to late march to give me and all of you time to get things organized.

such as hopefuly some prizes and stuff.

so come on guys post here if your comming so i can get an idea on numbers because without the number of cars comming we cant work out a price.

oh and the price will be the same for all regaurdless of car type.

the only rule so far for the dyno day is that all cars must be street registered as this is not for big hp drag or race cars.

the reason for that is they take to long to strap to the dyno and we want to be able to get every one done.

also if you know you have more than 300kw@the wheels you must let us know prior to your car being run.

will post more info as it comes to hand.

Hell yea im in, i'll bring a few rotor mates around too, dude u should try to get everyone to pay some sort of deposit up front, that way ppl will actually come (as they have to give a deposit before teh deadline) and u have a better idea of how many ppl will turn up.
