Jord-man! Unfortunatly the numbers from Katherine have dropped a fair bit, on account of them all being soft c0cks!

So now its just the IROC and an S14 coming up. We'll be leaving early tomorrow morning as we're booked in for a dyno tune. Ill give you a call once we get in and we'll meet up and orgy-nise anything else you need a hand with.

And the Camaro will be available for pics if you still want something different.

i'll probably be solo, but it might be a good chance to take some friends kids cruising and show them that cars aren't all bad.


on a side note, i probably wont' be able to get there til closer to 1-1:30 on account of uni stuff still hanging over my head.

as long as you are all there at 2pm its ok, dont stress VH.

I won't be there until around 1.30pm either as I'll have my 3 young kids with me!!!

It really does sound like it's all coming together guys and gals, so now to see how many turn up. Either way, it should be one impressive cruise.

Make sure you all buy the Sunday Territorian tomorrow morning. They rang me this arvo and the press release is in it plus a piccy from yesterdays photoshoot. See you all at 1.30 tomorrow. Top job Fake and the rest of the organisers....police escort will now be the new Turbo XR6....(much better than a crutch rocket!)

from my experience with the toys being handed out from darwin salvos, it has to be new. second hand stuff gets sent to family stores.

Well done everyone, enjoyed the cruise, would have loved to have come to the bbq but work calls unfortunately, was great to see the massive turnout. We did a good thing!! Now i wonder whose cars will be showing up on the news tonight?

I agree Minorci. The cruise was great - although a little hot, the weather was great for a cruise....better then being rained out... wicked turn out... 61 cars I heard???... nice sensible driving by everyone....i think? hahaha. Thanks for the wicked day everyone. Looking forward to the next one! easter???

Looked like everyone has a great day... Sorry I couldnt make it was tied down with CRAP... Need the ute for the run not the Pulsar but maybe another day hey when shes back on the road which I dont think will be for quite a long while sadly....

Didn't finish my diff install until about 3:45pm, after a nice shower and cool down period, I managed to rock up right at the end, when everybody was ready to call it a day. Ah well.

Wow what a day it was...

And i see we are in the paper again today, page 5 (Monday 20th December) great press all round!

I missed the news last night, but i heard it was just a couple of seconds worth at the end... oh well we'll make headlines next year!

I am writing a Thankyou - xmas card to the owner of the Trams from Boostcruising and it would be great if i could get as many members as possible to sign it! If you pm me i can give you my home and work address, or i can come to you, so give me a bell and we'll work something out! Probably send one to the Salvos aswell, anyone else!? biggrin.gif

But what a fantastic first effort guys, i was watching the video last night and counted 69 cars entering the palmerston church! thumbsup.gif thumbsup.gif + 3 extra at the bbq totals 72!!

Thanks to Santas Sleigh team for organising the bbq!!!

It would be great to get all the fotos and footage together to make a DVD or something, 'Adrnln' mentioned something about a DVD so all footage can be sent to him (if that's cool with you) on disc or on the tape itself and all fotos can be emailed or delivered to me and we'll put them all on discs for all members!
So get that footage together!

Once again guys and gals fantastic first effort! Next xmas will be huge, and until then there are plenty more excuses to get together! hsdance.gif

Droopz is at my house frantically trying to get his car together for a drive home to Katherine, after he lost a wheel over 100kmpn his way to the cruise! luckily he managed to pull the car over without any damage (amazingly ohnoes.gif ) with some 30m worth of black lines behind him! would of been good to have th Camaro on the cruise! but glad to see you still managed to tag along!!!

and the only incident i heard of was Bazz exchanging some paint with a car behind him! hope it polishes out!.... and Dane with a near miss at the Nightcliff round-a-bout.... "Good Brakes" hahahaha cool.gif

lol at the Hot dog man, carving up the cruise!!! one minute i was in the middle, then a i look behind and see one VL commodore and Whit_FC... but we did manage to stay quite close together!

Sundays and todays NT News articles scanned and uploaded onto the website as well. Ch 9 have also dubbed the news footage off for me and am picking up video this morning. Will run you off a copy Fake which you can distribute. Will see if I can get it digitised and uploaded.

Saw it on the news last night. Looked like a some fun I missed out on...

Incidentally, I can't remember what car it was, but there was a car that parked behind me on the dirt at Cas beach yesterday. I got a little stuck and my right wheel couldn't get traction... I'm hoping I didn't fling up any rocks and hit the car, and am sorry if I did.
