Would anyone have any mod ideas for my mates sr20 nx? Not lookin for turbo conversion or anythin megatron just some simple, effective changes to gain a little more power.

Basically you want to up the compression. As its pretty much a SSS pulsar, you might wanta talk to twincam16 Shane about it. As he had one with pretty much everything BUT a turbo. He should be able to at least point you in the right direction.

If your looking to stay n/a....i'm going to assume that the car is bog stock here.



Set of extractors leading to a full 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 ish exhaust, high flow cat etc.



Upgrade air filter (don't just stick a pod on the end of your intake....won't make a difference). You could just use a panel filter in the stock airbox or setup a propper cold air intake.



And depending on how far he wants to go you could look at a ported head, cams, fit the quad throttle bodies off a gtir sr20 and so on....



And then get it fully dyno tuned and chipped to take full advantage of the mods.....
