a 240K is a skyline they just got renamed to 240K when exported to other countries

Ke's and xd to xe both look great with flares smaller wide low offset wheels and smick paint job the only difference is that the falcons need smaller front wheels and ke's need stretched tyres

Nope, I find em ugly too, but a 351 Falcon is a lot tougher than any 30 year old rice cracker!

Thanks mate, there has been about a week and a half of sanding and polishing to get that finish and depth but I think it was worth it.
I like the flames, theyre old skool, lol. They are ghost flames and only visible when the sun is on them, so its subtle.

Yeah, I airbrushed em. Kind of a true fire look, but ghosty as well, not in your face! Actually, I dont think he plans to leave the bonnet on the car, he has plans for a carbon fibre bonnet. The car has just gone into a mechanics shop for an 800hp install!!

I like the moulded kit, it looks really good in person and it is a lot cleaner! Supras have a lot of panel join lines around the arse end and smoothing everything out makes it look heaps cleaner (in my opinion). The great thing about cars is that nobody ever likes everything they see...and opinions are like arseholes, everybodys got one

I suppose we could have just kept it stock and painted it silver like every other Supra on the road

U can do either with true fire mate mike lavell does an awesome stencil kit, but they arent really stencils you cant just lay them down and have awesome true fire like in some of kee wee's pics they are just a guide line to lay down your solid lines when done right you probably use your stencils for %30 of the whole true fire job.

Cheers mate, nope, I make my own stencils from acetate. I draw them out on my computer then cut them out using a vinyl plotter. Commercially produced stencils are a rip off! 50 bucks for something you can create for $5.00 dosent cut it in my book!
Funny you should say that about the 34, it has by far been one of my most popular paint jobs, lol!
I personally like it, I much prefer doing fades like that, rather than hard lines between the colours. I would say however, its one of those things that looks better in person than in photos

Naa, its not too hard to paint. I painted the whole car in a Holden Metallic black first, then I used a gold on all the curvy, highlighted bits, then 2 coats of Candy Apple Red over the top, followed by 2 coats of 2 pac clear. Then I sand the whole car back with 800 wet n dry, then 4 more coats of clear. Then I sand the car 3 times with 800, 1200 and 2000 wet n dry, then spend a week cutting and polishing and waxing...easy, lol!
