sat nite, @ test and tune car ran several back to back 9.80's @ 137 mph, but come sunday did'nt want to play. how ever i did get a couple of passes in for the hell of it. did'nt get to met many people was stuck up in the group one pits, even with a hurt engine i still had a good day.

yes an afternoon/ evening session would be pretty good, and definately count me in mate. Hopefully u can do a few more mods to make my car abit quicker by then. And make sure its not a conflicting date even tho BAS was no way near as enjoyable to me as the drag day. Ponies before chromies biggrin.gif

Had a awesome day, meet some other Pewter S15's (four to be exact!!). Everyone was friendly, atmosphere was good and the weather was great.

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to CHRIS and all the people who helped out!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the grudge match Blake (20QSX), even if we both missed a gear. lol.
I was stoked how my shitter ran, I was only expecting high 13's or low 14's, so to run mid 12's put the hugest smile on my dial! biggrin.gif

evenings cost more or just harder to book?

and i think next time could easily get 100-110 car in, make it cheaper, and seriously the most i ever waited for a run was like 3-5 mins, so more cars easily, to make up money for the track then/or bring cost down wink.gif

Night time runs, day time runs, they dont bother me aye, the day will be good for your photographers, but night time will be better for the cars, i read on one of my time slips that i had a track temp 41 degrees


All i know is that im prebooking a spot already, so much fun

It will be capped at 80-90 cars. I would say 80 DEFINATE...........with maybe 10 on standby.

Night time runs arent an option for sundays or fridays as willowbank does not open then.

So Sunday DAY is our only choice, but it will be a few months earlier.

also remember that being a couple of months earlier should mean that it doesnt get quite so hot.

OMG going through the stats, the F250 truck was doing mid 14's @ 95-96mph. Would give half the cars on boost a run for their money. They're crazy times for a huge mountain of a truck.
