Hey was just wondering, what is the best way to get the lower white apron on a hilux colour coded with the car colour (white), i've seen some people do it themselves and it looks pretty crap tbh. should take it into a respray shop? also how much am i looking at getting this done in price.

thanks guys

i had mine quoted for $180 to to colour match it to the exact white on my car (they add tinge of yellow, to fade it the same as your car.) so i chose to do it myself.

yea peice of piss mate, make sure u buy the expensive plastic spray paint though, not the $2 crazey clearks paint. turned out fine no craking or anything n its been on my car almost 6 months now. slightly different colour though.

i primed it with a plastic primer, used plastic/vinal paint and put a clear coat over the top.
