Well being small turbos they are going for quick response, but they all add up to provide substantial boost top end too, so while HP might be slightly less than too massive turbos, the power delivery would be alot more linear, considering they get it running right,.... but then again 8 turbos????? blink.gif

There will be no quick response... 8 turbos to spin up , from the same source of exh gas.. the gas speed will be stupidly slow if there all merging off the one pipe, or if its 1 port / turbo.. need i say more . 1 exh pulse every 2 revolutions. yippee , LAG

total wast eof time but its been said 50 times allready.

why have 8 when you can have 1

lol at gup thumbsup.gif
that 8 turbo one would have some major lag... no acceleration at all until they kicked in. but when they did - ZOOOOOOOM!
looks unique, so gets my thumbsup.gif

pretty pointless having 8 turbos, it would still have lag, and HEAVY 8 turbos aint light. And the heat factor too. I think he just did it so he could say "i got a 8 turbo v8" and nothing more.
For someone with enough resources to do something so totally different, why didnt he start with a better more exotic engine than just a pushrod v8? like a v16!? blink.gif

meh. all you who are calling him a wanker, saying its a waste of time etc. can make that call once you have raced him and beat him. hes doing something other than "ooh look at me i can put a t28 on a ca18 and go fast". so shut your ugly heads. thumbsup.gif

10 points for trying, as other people have said, 2 big turbos would of been better

Ok i dont know much about turbos, but from what i gather with twin turbo setups, is that the second turbo will hit boost at a certain rpm,

how does this one work, do they individually spool at different rpm, or wat not?

can someone please explain it in laymans terms
