hey guys, just bought a 2008 hilux and im lookin at putting a set off 22's on it (I am aware of the laws)
and was just wondering if anyones has got them on there own lux and how they are in regards to rubbing, fitment etc.. cheers

If its not lowered or anything, they should go straight on, theres tons of new hilux with 22 and 24 inch wheels, they dont seem to have a problem??

it will be illegal... but there seems to be alot of people driving round with massive rims on utes these days.. spose its only illegal when u get caught

Fuk the law lol..I've got 18s with 295 rubber on mine at the moment but mine is a 4x2.

Soon will be fitted with 22".

Yeah they will be sweet to go on like that as long as the ute hasn't been lowered etc.

Would recommend getting pretty thicck rubber like something along the line's of 305's or something.

4wd or 2wd? shuld fit eitherway though. they mite be legal on a 4wd. u can hav rims on 4wd utes not sure how big though..
