Whos bringing snags etc for the BBQ? It seems kind of dumb to just bring food for yourself, and if everyone brings heaps of food then there's going to be way too much. |

simpler for people to look after themselves that way i dont end up with a bunch of whiney bitches gobbing on about how so and so is a freeloader coz they only bought this etc..........less politics for me if you wanna voulnteer to organise that then thats up to you but for my feeling on it, you cant blame someone else if your own sustainance is your own resposibilty, that way we all get to eat what we want also....some may have medical requirements ( diabetics) so this is why i have chosen this route.... |

do what you want man, i wont organise someone elses food based on the fact that i'm a picky bastard myself and i HATE it when you go to a bbq and theres nothing appealing, this way we get what we want and we have no one to blame but ourselves if its not to our liking, thats not to say you cant bring food and share it ( im no dictator) , i just DONT wanna hear whinging and carrying on about food etc... we are all responsible for the time we have. |

ok well ive got no problem really cooking 10-20 snags for people, plus a loaf of bread. ill be happy to help. but as escalus said, if you dont like it, lump it! and buy food at the servo! |

Just make it like $1 per sausage on the day and $1 per drink, then split the proceeds according to contribution at the end, user pays! Better than like 1-2 guys fronting up the cost, as if you can't find a few bucks. Since it's not BYO anymore, I'll be up for BBQ then, but since I like eating, I'll get something from the servo anyway. lolol |
