The Instrument Panel Fuse Block is on the very end of the instrument panel on the drivers side of the vehicle. You can access these fuses by opening th epanel door and pulling it out.

Lastly, the rear compartment fuse block is in the trunk on the right hand side behind a cover. To gain access you may need to remove the net retainers, rear sill plate, passenger side trim retainers and swing them all out of the way. It's quite tricky to get to it!
