Its all good i should have it all fixed up by tonite. So if im lucky i can go out for a drive, a quite drive with no tunes sad.gif unsure.gif sad.gif unsure.gif angry.gif *cries out loud* i need a head unit now

Also i just realised they tried to take my new front speakers aswell by ripping them out of the door. Thankgod i tightend them in hard.

Well, i finally got the key out of the igniton barrel yesterday. But will still need to get a new barrel, as they pretty much fuked it up. The whole thing moves about and shit. So its not good at all. The key was actually a vl key.

Now i have come across a dilemma. As they broke my bonnet release, i now have no control over opening my bonnet. I was wondering if there was anyway possible to open my bonnet??? And is there any way of fixing the bonnet release??? The cable is broken, and is now not in the car at all???

PLEASE HELP!!!

i recommend you get an alarm buddy, vl's are extremely common for theft. sorry to hear about your loss, will keep an eye out for ya! smile.gif

51KVL the bonnet cable on the cortina is broken too, ive rigged a wire to the round coil so u just need to give the wire a mighty pull and *POP GOES THE WEASEL* its not a great method, but good temporary job till you get it fixed. hope that helped ya thumbsup.gif
