I went through the usual 10,200mah 2x 3600 and 1x 3000 and adam was still going

yeah, the venom. it's a freak battery i reckon!!t hardly ever gets put through a proper discharge cycle. it sat for a few months while i had no car to use it in. it's even had a chunk of insulation wear off the wire. but still keeps taking a good charge.

gah. the first two drift tyres went on easy after soaking in hot water. the second two no so easy.

boil them. i did, kinda

didn't help that the rims i put them on were a bit rough! they are on though so should do the job.

i put them on some 0mm offset rims to try and get them in under the wagon body.

when are we ordering more in?

battery didn't last as long with the new drift tyres on. they are still a bit grippy and need to wear down a bit. i think it was about 40minutes of solid driving this arvo at the netball carpark

new tyres have next to no grip adam as they have less surface area

These ones seem softer than other drift tyres I've used. I could drive it in a straight line and feed the power in slowly without out too much slip. Haven't been able to do that with others.

it was slipperier on the worn out tyres that it came with.

Those tyres do have more grip so you have much better control also i found like them much better than the normal old hpi style drift tyres.

haven't noticed much difference apart from the surface they are used on. finer grade hot mix has a bit more grip

Parap is the same, much better than wow for grip i found the other thursday night compaired to saterday arvo

have a couple set of gumball slicks i can do a real good deal if anyone wants them.

Time to buy a truck Chris as this friday and saturday night there will be a class of 12 of the short course trucks racing at ocr. O the fun and games there will be.You better come for a look.
