'jesus man' can be taken quite a few different ways.

and by all means keep making your views on what is or isnt attractive to you public but the blunt way you put it is bound to ruffle some feathers along the way, couching it in less severe terms might make you seem like less of a troll.

maybe there needs to be a simple app, "sluzzdar". It came up because we are both using and he had been writing it off until suddenly this week he has been getting heaps of matches and is meeting two girls this wknd, he is pretty fit etc so some of the girls he is chatting to are super hot. One or two of mine are 7's or 8's but this guy is dating freakin models.

anyway imparted some wise words last week which might have helped him somewhat, got him to remove all the shirtless photos from his profile and add some of him in a suit. Nek minnit bitches be falling over themselves to swipe yes.

OT went out last night in Bris, FK me, tables of young normal blokes staring at their phones, tables of young hotties doing the same. It was like they were waiting for teacher, us old silly fkrs had a ball and I wasn't even drinking, it was so silly, we were setting games to try just the random comment trick, picked the hottest glamazon, commented on how nice her matching bag and dress was, the fact she had a wicked bod and matching eyes was left out.
Sure enough, over to the bar to get a fn water and over she comes and just asks us bunch of mongs to come and join then, they were great young smart things, they were just curious themselves why it was like that as well.
Fk me it is sad to see, where have the normal social skills gone.........

Fn lol, yeah you are probably right, I guess they pick up on the fact you have a care factor of 0 and are not remotely hoping to go home with one of them. We were there as a large group reunion thing, jesus the older ladies, no wonder they are still single, fk they bang on about pointless shit and they wonder why it is hard to meet guys.

It would have been 75% women there and at least 80% were attractive and well dressed, yet the blokes weren't even having the sly perve or taking the piss out of each other, just the constant interruptions of messages etc. We found another conversation starter was the "hi sorry to bother you, can you just take a pic of us with my phone" then they keep talking and ask the same. But their common thing was the younger guys just could not hold a conversation, these girls we spoke to, mountain bikers, surfers, climbers, travellers, so not just suburban office drones, It was just interesting to hear how it is from their perspective.

lol cant put it any better than fearless but also my bad for not being that active over that 8 years, have i really been on here that long? Daamn, mind blown.
I spent most of that time on SAU and the last year or so on Ozhonda but do more of my net socialising on facebook groups related to my interests such as cosplay, imports and pretty much anything geek related.

Found VK's post interesting as I was at a hospital Xmas party on Saturday night and noticed the same problem with a lot of the younger people with their heads buried in their phones, thankfully this tapered off as the drinks flowed and the music got louder but the death of the art of conversation is still an issue.
Im the first to put my hand up as being guilty of not knowing how to fill an awkward silence with anything other than more silence or blurting out something which just makes it more awkward.
Only way to improve is practice though so going on as many real life tinder dates as i can and reaching out to FB groups to create as many local events as possible so I actually meet the people behind the static on my newsfeed now and then.

No, I just stalk randoms, lol, they are a friends relatives, they asked me if I would mind catching up with them when they were travelling around in Australia, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised when I met them.
They stopped by for a week or two, so just showed them the local sights. Yes, great sense of humour and don't mind the odd party, they were right into the beach driving, fishing and snorkelling, so very easy to get along with.
The wifey was OS at the time, so good timing, oddly enough had a lot of mates come up and socialise, must have been the right tides

If you like those types, spend every weekend from Friday to Sunday night at Noosa backpackers or Byron Bay, best tip for a young Aussie bloke. Look forward to it as spending some fun times with them, if you get lucky well it's a bonus, a fk load less bs than going out in Brisbane.

No, no one got lucky, I value my relationship too much, would never outweigh the perceived fun to be had. Also used to live at backpackers and hostels when travelling for work and think I used up my lifetime supply of these types. The amazing things I got to see, the most out of control one was Airlie Beach, then Keppel

Well ok, you only have one go at the travellers fun, I doubt they are interested in blokes 10 years older.

As for Airlie beach, it was 4 girls, with a few bottles of Sambucca and Cointreau in an interesting debate about sexuality and stimulation methods and for some of the fun they needed a male participant, it was certainly an interesting long night
