Tiger Airways.

Flown with them before, no issue. Cut price airline, no frills service, fine.

This time...

-Booking process offers seat selection. Only specifies that this entails reading new terms and conditions - which only cover emergency exit row seat rules - certainly never mentions this will cost an additional $30 per seat which appears two screens later at confirmation of CC details. AN EXTRA $30 PER SEAT, TO CHOOSE A SEAT, ON A $39 FARE.

-Confirmation screen fails to load properly.

-Confirmation email, didn't send.

-Calling for assistance to get the confirmation sent and retrieve Booking Confirmation number entails the following insanity:
Over 50 minutes on hold.
When phone is finally answered, Indian call centre employee loudly and vigorously speaks over the top of me, grunts out that he cannot assist - without knowing the nature of the problem - then HANGS UP.
After another 18 minutes on hold the next call centre employee endures my polite voicing of concern over previous call by ignoring me and repeating their greeting until I stop talking. Agrees to resend confirmation email, informs me of booking number.

-Confirmation email, quoted by CSO to arrive in my inbox within 5 minutes, arrives SEVEN HOURS LATER. This is despite me going back to their useless, broken website and trying to resend the form myself through their own system designed as such.

-Check-In demanded 1 hour before flight. Flight 20 minutes late and spends 1/2 hr on tarmac watching others take off and land.

-Checked baggage arrives in Hobart SOAKING F**KING WET. Both my partner's and my own clothes all soaked, some water damaged.
Thankfully my set top box received as a late Xmas present was in my carry on baggage.




Oh, and unless you wish to spend longer than your flight's duration on hold, the only complaint mechanisms are by mail or fax, which will be acknowledged WITHIN 21 DAYS.


I will not fly Tiger Airways again unless circumstances make no other option possible. Poor customer service? I wish. No customer service more like.

Bought a S13 SR20 manual tailshaft and it bolts onto diff fine but front half and rear half wont go together! Get two bolts max in. Well I wont have my motor and box in this weekend now

Am I the only one having trouble picking the difference between an 18-20 year old girl and a 15-17 year old ?

It's fucking terrible, I was down a the bottleshop a while ago and a girl came out of the pub and asked me for a smoke, so I gave her one we started talking etc I got her number started txting etc I then invited her to a mates bar and she tells me she is only 16 !!!!!! WHAT THE FLYING IS THIS SHIT !!! she had boobs and seemed atleast 18 she had a good
Knowledge of alcohol and didn't use the word " like " to extend sentences and she had a tat !

Now I know it's not really her fault as I didn't ask her age but seriously I could have got into ALOT of trouble.

There needs to be a rule that certain clothing can only be worn by adults

Fuck sticks who dont use, or dont know how to use the "slow vehicle pull ins" on the southern loop,
Drive down there on the weekend for a mates wedding, was stuck behind a bright yellow van doing 60-70 (its a 90 zone) got to the first pull in and they kept going (i was in the mirage, so not enuff power to undertake them) when the next one came up, i was on the horn, they pulled in, i dropped back to third and started passing, then they decided to pull out (1/2 way along the pull out) pushing me onto the wrong side of the road, i had to break hard and locked up to avoid and oncoming car.
the yellow van then got back into the pull in lane and stopped so i could pass,
unfortunatley my windows were undone (due to the heat) and some bio-degradable rubbish flew out towards their car
i was honestly very very lucky to not become a statistic, if the oncomming car was a few seconds sooner i would of hit it head on, or been hit by the van causing me to spin out into a bank.
was probably quite lucky for the van driver that i was heading down there for a wedding and not the normal reason why i head down there

i hate people that see you with a car trailer on sitting on the limit (110) and they got to pass you and then slow down to 100 or slower WTF and as soon as the over taking lane comes up i wind the patrol up for get around them and they floor it and at 110 they are leaving me for dead and then slow down at the end of lane

i would just love to use the bull bar sometimes

Do it ? If u have the testicular fortitude to tap them ppl will get out of your way, I admit I haven't done it with the commo because of the airbags but in the silly car if they had no tow bar I would give them a very very gentle nudge.

annoys the absolute shit out of me that i was summoned as witness in a fairly straightforward shoplifting case..attend court today only to find myself on the end of a barrage of questions from the defendants lawyers..

ffs the bloke has been allocated a court room to himself for the course of the day due to being up on 13 different charges and this lawyer can strongly defend a bloke whom is quite blatantly obviously guilty..

no wonder the court system fails sooo hard in majority of cases...it seems harder to prove someone guilty than it is for a witness to slip up in the wording or get pushed into second guessing what they originally saw in which case the crim gets off scott free..

yet you can be suspected of hooning and have the book thrown at you with no evidence...

Bpay for not working.

Phone got cut off cos apparently I owed them $155. Only thing is I paid the $155 over a week ago. Anyway rang them up and they said that all payments on the 10th and the 11th hadn't made it into their system. I said well the money has left my bank account so reconnect my phone and suck a dick. So they reconnected my phone and I was like whatever.
So this morning I get a text saying hey you owe us $230 something. A bit later i get another message saying all payments were delayed because of the queensland floods. (cos apparently the payment from tasmania through a tasmanian bank is effected by floods on the other end of the country). This is all well and good but I pay $59 a month. So if the added this months bill to what they reckoned I owed it would be $215. So since yesterday when they said it was all sorted I have been fined a late fee for a payment i made liek 8 days ago!!!

BUT thats not all. I Bpayed for a speeding fine at the exact same time. The fine was due on the 10th and i paid it on the 10th. (which is pretty damn good for me cos I usually leave it for ages) Anyway I got a letter today saying the fine had been doubled cos I didn't pay it on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WTF bpay!! Apparently I have to pay another $130 cos it didn't work!!!!!!!!! FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!

just rang up the government sanctioned repo men and they go oh actually we did get that payment. So i asked so my debt went down $110? And they go oh no only $30ish cos we decided to increase the parking fine by $70!! Fuckers.

shithouse people on ebay. bought a fairly expensive high mount turbo manifold over a week ago (said 7 days postage) so after the seven days were up, i contacted the seller, asking where it was, and he said "oh sorry mate i forgot to post it"... so now ive gotta wait another week for something thats only coming FROM FUCKING MELBOURNE!!!!
