he means the fact that the ute is unsafe for the dog b,cause it has no side rails and depending how much length there is on the chain he could slip off.... not the fact that the dog is chained.

The chain has to be short enough to ensure the dog can't slip off. That was my point.

Yeah mine expires in '09, but i pulled over the other night, and didnt hav it on me, so lady copper radios thru, and according to them, it expired in 06 WTF???

My mrs went home to get it for me, whilst i was detained by mrs plod, in the end, all was good and sorted. But yeah, whats up with that shit?????
