Any panel beaters roughly know how much this will cost to fix. Avoiding going to insurance cos choose high excess for low premiums.

You could be lucky try panel beaters and find a written off one of the same colour and just replace the boot lid?

As above, wouldnt worry about getting it fixed just replace the boot

very common car and with mazda paint colour consistency, wait until wreckers have one, easist fix
