Nah ...

No where near as sticky as say the Bridgestones, Advan's or Dunlops ...

It's like Walt Disney world on ice when it gets even a bit damp laugh.gif

I did have Michelin Virage GTX's on, but they are rooted

I had 205/55/16's up front and 225/50/16's to the rear. Every time I went out I dropped time of my pb (except when it rained) so I am not sure what their true potential was. they were also made in 98 - 99 so, they were old as.

They did survive 9 sprint sessions, and still had some tread left on them, not much though.

The attached photo is the front tires after driving for a couple of weeks with bent suspension bits... as you can see, there aren't many channels for wet weather driving dunno.gif

(I am in no way inferring that this is the cause for my wet weather driving skills... just for public record and stuff) wink.gif

i just checked the dates i put in my cal from the start of the year, looks like some of them have changed compaired to the dates up on the website now.

anyone who wants more than just sat arvo sprints, don't forget the Time Attack track day on the 28th of this month, include's the AWD Shootout in the afternoon.....i believe there is still a couple spots left in the morning and arvo

it was a good afternoon, only 3 groups. Didn't get much time between runs, good test for the new I/C. Glad I went, i spent the afternoon learning to drive the car again, bring on Saturday smile.gif
