Thanks to Ang, I had a great day tongue.gif btw this fictional bike guy named Naf is all good, abit sore but im sure he'll be back very soon, he also mentioned a big thank you to everyone who looked after him, Manda and Sal for putting up with "naf" for 7 hours at Ippy hospital and a big thank you to Ben for getting his bike home safely (well as safely as it could without doing anything to the immaculate duco) tongue.gif

great day. didn't really meet anyone, was too hot to get out of the air con in the car (when i wasnt on the track of course). ran a 15.1, was happy with that. got about 15 runs in and pissed off home to install my new boost controller. can't wait til the next one smile.gif

We ran solo's during the day, I think Willowbank (and us) were a little concerned about traction despite the last minute emergency spray of VHT........

I ran 8.61@159 first pass, 8.39@166 2nd pass and 8.42@166 third pass blowing the tyres off the car in first and second, but really just wanted a couple of passes before we run a test and tune at WSID on Friday unsure.gif

Justin in the A Gasser ran a 9.11.

Bryce Miller in 13BEE managed a 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 on bugger all boost and Duffy in his V8 injected alcohol rail ran in the 9's.

As for Jason in TheBlueRX7, I think his best was a low 12, but I am sure he will let us know. He is a bit upset I didn't run him at this stage, on the basis that he "had me" should we have lined up. Nollsy also must have some horsepower, in that he did pull off a decent skid. His times (13.2) got smashed by Jason, but what can I say, but GO THE ROTORS.

Well done to Angela, brilliantly and efficiently organising the day, and helping me keep track of who was and wasn't paying! Willowbank also did a great job, as did Chris Giggles.

Big Big congrats to the Honky Tractor on smashing the world Honky Tractor record, with massive times. The green paint, bling and Liberty 5 speed should make it even quicker!

Finally, "The Bike Dude" and "Will" were machines. 27 passes each, equaling last years record. Well done guys. wink.gif

Thanks Kris, it's honestly nice to hear you say that.

Fucking glad we finally got a run against each other, what, that has been like a year in the planning?

facesjump.gif

Glad we both broke the 15 second mark though and got down into the 14's.

Can only get faster! biggrin.gif

How tuff were those gt40s?

Oh and a big thanks to the guy who warned us about the speed camera in the toowong area just before the big roundabout. Champion mate!

Yeah good day out. Was disappointed I only got 2 good runs in without breaking stuff. I was ready to race all day sad.gif Low 13s is all i came up with though.

Had a good race against Stooge and the Gold S15 (Nice car man). Blew up against Grey Rex and as usual blew up against mates Grey Wagon.

Drive shaft is too short and keeps eating away at the cv cup. Time to fix that.
