under 20K: R32 GTS-T or 1990 LOTUS ESPRIT
20 to 50: RX8
50 to 100: R34 GTR 2000 (could slip into 20 to 50 catagory)
100 to 300: 2006 MERCEDES CLS55 KOMPRESSOR
300+: Maclaren F1 road car

I just put it down to him being Bogan and thus a house in Woodridge can be picked up for low 100's.

<-20k - Porsche 944 Turbo can be picked up for that.
20-50k -350Z
50-100k - R34 Skyline GTr
100-300 - Honda NSX Type R
300-> - Far to many to list. Ultimantly though at this stage would be a Koenigsegg CCR

Wheels will only list brand new cars though. Not only that, but everyone's got a different opinion on what constitutes the "best" car.
