Hey, thought i'd post up a few details/photo's of my ride.
the car started out as a 202/trimatic/small sals with pale yellow paint and a tan vinyl interior. when i got it it had a 253 V8 in it and was sprayed the same colour as it is today. since then i dropped a 308/trimatic with a minispooled Borg Warner 28 spline diff out back.

1981 VC Commodore
Body Kit LOL

Engine mods: Modified quadrajet, Wade 325C10., Wade Hi Performance lifters, modified intake, slightly cleaned up B-Cast heads, blueprinted/balanced bottom-end, decked block, JP oil pump, Double row timing chain, new balancer, new timing case. Estimated power is around 160-170 RWKW

Trans: Trimatic. Stage 2 shift-kit. 2,500rpm Dominator stall

Diff: Borg Warner 3.08 28 spline axles. Mini-spool

Brakes: V8 discs + calipers, 1” Master Cylinder

Suspension: King springs all round with Monroe sensatrack shockers.

Fuel system: Carter electric fuel pump, Holley fuel reg

Ignition: HEI dizzy, Bosch Coil, 10mm TopGun leads

Exhaust: HiTech headers. Twin 2 ¼ into a 3” mandrel bent system with 1 muffler, and 1 rear resonator

Interior: VC SL/E Velour. AutoMeter gauges: Oil Psi, Water Temp, Tacho

Stereo: Pioneer headunit, Pioneer Bullet splits front and rear

Wheels: 19” HSV VY Senator Signatures

Tyres: Kuhmo 235/35/19 on the front, same profile Conti’s on the back

Other Mods: Rolled guards, AU twin thermo fans, headlight protectors, VQ statesman fuel tank, Cream Venetians, bonnet struts, B+M Quicksilver shifter

    thos mags look so sureal!!!!! like there Chopped on in that 3rd pic!!! shit its crazy! looks so nice but dont worry im not sayign i dont believe those mags are on there man

    that is really straight...nice work.. dont know much about them, was it hard to put the 308 in it? did it fit fairly well?

    the 308 went straight in, they come from the factory with them.

    Holy crap, that is awesome.
    my best mate had a VC, he did that up pretty well but damm, hed cream himself if he saw urs!

    i've owned a few VB VC's not the best shape but def different,as most go for the vk vl's these days
