Hi guys,
I would like to organise a cruise for charity, the cancer council or cancer research dept in nepean hospital as a week ago my dad passed away from bowel cancer in nepean hospital and i want to do something that will raise awareness and do something to assist cancer research.

I would like to run it from KK in Livo to Shellharbour (dawes Park), mainly because its a nice drive, but im pretty easy on any ideas you guys have from where to go. I will organise donation envelopes from the nepean hospital (we had them at the funeral but not many people realised that). We can organise a BBQ or whatever. Im open to suggestions, just want an idea of how many people would be interested. GT-15-HO will be helping me with the organisation as well.

I really want to go forward with this for the memory of my dad, he ws a great guy and I love him to bits, so please show your support.

Ok the idea is to cruise from bankstown bunnings to wollongong white house, meet with some more cars there and continue on to shellharbour for the BBQ

Hey hun,

I'm sorry to hear about your dad.. I'm here if you ever want to talk..

.. As for a cruise for charity, I think it's an awesome idea.. Keep us updated as to when and where this will be happening.. If for some reason, i'm unable to attend I would be happy to donate some money towards charity..

This cruise is also posted up on other forums and i should know by saturday when i would like it to go ahead, Anyone that is keen to come PM me so i have an idea of numbers so i can organise the BBQ and stuff.

hey just wanna say heaps sorry bout your dad... i send my best wishes to you and your family as i lost my grandpa to the same thing today.

Also sorry about your loss, my mates dad just passed away recently, pretty heavy for him and all of us.

More then likely a daytime cruise but like ive said if more people can make it at night im more then happy to change it.

Heres is the definate details.

DEPARTING: Livo KK
TIME: Meet at 10 for 10-30 departure
ROUTE: Going Via the national park, Leon will show us the way...
STOPS: Stop at the wollongong LIGHT house to meet with more cars
DESTINATION: Shellharbour, nice BBQ area there and near water. good for pics as well

STUPID BEHAVIOUS/DRIVING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE DAY. IF YOU ARE SEEN DRIVING IN A DANGEROUS MANER YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CRUISE

yeah it is for Krispy Kreme its on orange grove road

Ive arrange the donation envelopes from the cancer council today. I have ordered 30 should arrive at my house early next week.

Hey everyone i'm Leon, the person helping Lynne out with this cruise.

The plan as Lynne said is to meet at Liverpool Krispy Kremes at about 10am and then leave at 10:30am sharp, we will then drive to wollongong light house via the national park and shouls arrive at the light house around 12:30pm, maybe a little bit later. After spending a few minutes syaing hello etc we will then head to shellharbour where we will have you bbq, we should be there at around 1:30pm we will then get to cooking and after the bbq you are free to do what you want whether it be go home, go for a swim or go for an added cruise

i have posted this cruise up onto

so that we can see some good moneys getting raised for the caner counsil
as we usually have a decent turnout with the starlet boys/girls


is it possilble to get some contact details so i can post it onto the site so i dont have everyone bugging me (from the starletclub) for info on the day EG name and number

i will keep posting the numbers of people who show interest from the starletclub onto this forum

it will be organised but you do have to pay for the food and drink. it will be 2.50 for a sausage sandwich and a dollar for a can of drink.

if anyone needs to ask any questions they can email me at [email protected], i check my email more often then i answer my phone.

Spoke to my uncle about the stickers. need you opinion, Old english writing, graffiti, or just a nice clean font each sticker will say CRUZE4CANCER 07

there will be lots of GTiS. Im going to try to organise a cancer council banner if not i will put a sign on my windscreen or something lol. we will meet on the maccas side.
