Sooo... my thoughts are to follow that cruise to the word until about Byron lookout....



Then head further south past Ballina, then turn around possibly coming back up thu Casino / Lismore



Then straight back thru Kyogle



Then back thru Mt Lindsay



and back in towards Ipswich I guess...



Thoughts? Ideas? Opinions?

The only diff is grim since 19/01/02 there has been a lot of construction with all the casurina beach crap and a lot of the roads have changed also with the the bypass highways and shit, a scouting run will be required I think as it's all going to be totally different.

I would rather be passenger for a scouting run or two though



After scouting my last cruise 3 times, I got sick of driving tongue.gif

Yeah its alot easier to find your way down now..... just keep following the highway and you get onto the new freeway. From Tweed Heads its only about 25 minutes (if that) at that time of the morning.

tHAT CRUISE WITHT HE PF CREW LAST YR WAS AWESOME,wISH MY CAR was going by then but i doubt it will be as im trying to get it ready for the pines show the weekend after on the 16th.

There isn't any date set yet, could quite possiblt end up sometime after easter... Scouting run will be in the next month or so...



The scenery and twisty roads are frickin awesome! Im itching to do it again

that cruise was fucking phat last year only problem was we kept getting tired, thank god for V drinks and iced coffee, and when we were stopped at the byron lookout every1 was so quiet and our little group was the only ones running around taking pics of random tourists and being rather loud (well compared to every1 else anyway), being our usual anarchist selves, and we didn't realise every1 else had UHF's till we got to beaudesert and our batteries were flat by then, coming back across the border is some of the phattest roads i have been on for a while



if we do for a cruise through nimbin we have to stop, its a funky little town rather scary tho (damn stoner fucks) and we have to pick up some cheap buds but the population of nimbin would probably double if say 30 or so cars rocked up



we went on our own little cruise when i first got my EB there are some decent little roads on the way from murwullimbar to nimbin and back to lismore - byron



if the cruise is at the end of february / start of march i'm in cuz i should have my new car by then biggrin.gif
