gonzo has been around for ages, his mufflers are on a lot of the tuffest street cars around, and are used exclusively by 99% of the v8 supercar teams not to mention heaps of others. i run a pair of his 3.5" on my own car. he advertises in the willowbank free newspaper. i think that people that dont know what there talking about should keep quiet. his mufflers are worth every cent.

I run a Gonzo Spiral Resonator on my car, it speeds up the Exhaust flow. I also think no one here know's much at all. Gonzo Race pipes are a very respectable company

but $$ to Hp ratio i cant see it just a normal straigh thru will do the job unless every 100th of a second counts

vlcalais123
Post #18

I spent $350 on a "3A" straight through oval stainless muffler for my old Lancer and the whole exhaust cos me $1050. Sounds like I would have been better off and it would have cost just as much to get one of these systems done by Gonzo so I am going to just say you're a cheap arse.

thats in mild steel

I see, but who needs a blingin' exhaust? For the record, the 3A muffler degraded within 6 months and started sounding exactly like I didn't want it to, tinny shitty sound - but that was only on the first time I booted it on a drive. IBLancerExhaustComments

Snip all i can say to u mate is when did u get it done ? cause theres no way Gons would chuck a 4 inch system on a vl unless it had 1000 plus hp atw mate so get real.and sayin it had lost 90 hp on low boost mate u r dreamin get ya hand of it

10kw??? on what car?? a muffler will not add 10kw let alone to any car it is bolted to - either he is talking a full exhaust from engine back or its BS!

website... do they have bolt on systems or all just custom??

It's called Rice Power. Just add a few Type R and VTEC stickers and you're good to go.

Maybe they put the most restrictive muffler on a big system, then went and chucked this other muffler on and OMG 10kw!11one
