I can’t believe I wasted my time reading the whole thing.

I still can’t see what the real point is.

Organised drift events are where those who want to learn can do so in safer environments and enthusiasts can watch.

I know one thing... no sponsors and advertising = no organised events head_wall.gif

Sure, you may have your ricers and posers, but in the end you do it for yourself, right?

What about Drag Racing? It most likely originated on the streets of Japan, and look what it has evolved into, but the 'sport' hasn't lost its appeal and died down whatsoever dunno.gif

Most important, pictures like this assure me that there are people in the sport who are in it for the fun, not the wank factor. And there are many of them in existence...

Also, let them go hang their tits out, but I reckon move the stage further away from the REAL reason for a car show / drift day / automotive event.

That way all the horny despos can go stand with other sweaty gropey men to glimpse half a nipple while the rest of us are admiring the cars and the automotive action etc without being disrupted by brainless halfwits who are only there to see aforementioned tits.
