as much as i would love it to happen its not gonna and yeh bout the learners driving autos it will never happen either they are thinkin of making learners have there license longer as it is plus doin more courses etc etc and this might sound stupid 2 some but i find it harder to drive autos can see your point on some speed zones altogether though some are just rediculous 50 along some straights and stuff like that nuts.gif maybe its cuz of some of the roads the council builds

TELL ME WHEN YOUR TEACHER WAS TEACHING YOU.... DID HE OR SHE TEACH YOU ABOUT THE SPEED LIMIT.

Also the speed limits were designed according to the type of road conditions, ie in local areas, school zones, and type of traffic conditions the road.

Also what do you class as night..... when the street lights go on, when it gets dark, after a certain hour of night or what....

Listen we are all happy that your on school holidays, and that you prob got a new computer for christmas.. however don't come on the net and post shit on this site. There are enough dickheads on here posting as is.

My suggestion is that you grow a brain and go back to a learner driver school.

Driving without any real experience is stupid!
The cop who pulled you over should have charged you with unlicenced driving and prevented you from ever being able to have the chance to kill someone for atleast another year (we'd hope that over a year you might mature a bit!).

Don't do stupid illegal things and expect the law to be changed to accomodate your stupidity.

Lets face it

You were speeding....95 in a 60 zone
You were more than likely without an Adult driver (opens) IF you were with one... WTF were they doing lettting you speed.
You were let off without getting fined for having only your learners.
You were able to drive home.... after being fined.

Something tells me your not telling the truth

YOU WANT TO INCREASE THE SPEED LIMIT AT NIGHT WHEN YOU JUST GOT CAUGHT ON YOUR LEARNERS SPEEDING..... YOU FUCKWIT

I have never driven unlicenced or unsupervised on my learner
I'm on my opens and i'm not an unduely confident driver.

what sort of road was it? i got done doing 86 in a 60 just before i got my opens. it was down a back highway which 'back in the day' was infact a 100 zone, and has since been changed to a 70 zone.
if you were going 35k over in a residential street then everyone is right, you are an idiot.
speed limits save lives - ive personally done that test on tv ("an extra 10km makes you stop this much longer") and its true..
combined with night driving and the fact that you have an enormous ego due to your driving instructor saying that "your already a good enough driver "... you will cause damage.

well i personally think speeding is stupid... yes i have been caught speeding a few times and i dont have any problems admiting to it... but i have NEVER gone 30 km's over the limit, not even close... just think if u hit a car going at that speed and killed someone and u survived how would u feel? if i do go over the speed limit i always think about that and it freaks me out so hardcore... im not trying to have a go at u or anything.. but u gotta think of the consequences
