learners are just that, learners. They dont know anything about driving so yes your actions were more than reckless. They will say a million scenarios can happen and will, speed limits are in place for a reason. Theyre there for all drivers of ALL vehicles, can a 90 tonne B double do a higher speed and stop or corner on those roads in the wet? Although there are speed limit areas that should be raised, more often than not the speed limit on that road is there for a reason, so all motorists can drive on that road at any time and in any condition and still get to there destination alive |

im on my L's and last night i got caught doin 95 in a 60. the cop put on reccord 82 so i didnt lose my lisence (thanks champ). i was wonderin your thoughts on higher speed limits during the night when there's pratically no cars or people out. i was on a straight stretch of road at the time and i will now not drive like this anymore purely because of the fines not because i thinks its unsafe. |

I just thought i should re-emphasise this. The fact that you can't see what you did wrong proves you're a moron. Though not as much of a moron as the copper who should have made sure you wouldn't get your licence for at least another year. |

no way should learners be let out on their own, its dangerous enough as it is. the time limit for learners is there for a reason, to protect you and the rest of us on the roads. |
