Hi all,
Does any1 know what the best turbo upgrade is for a TX3??
I dont want anything stupid, just an upgrade. I know i can get a good 2nd hand turbo for around $500 but what is the best type and fit for a TX3.
Any ideas would be great. biggrin.gif thumbsup.gif

Also, i think it is the mazda Familar motor, could be wrong.

If you can get a T-28 turbo off a 200 pretty cheap, make up an adaptor plate, problem sorted.
Not sure if those turbo's on the Laser's/323's were IHI's or not, cant remember.

which model laser tx3 do you have? like the engine? 1.6 or 1.8? if its 1.6 probably go a t25g off an s13 sr20, or a t28 off a later model sr20, probably your best bet?

VF10 (Legacy Auto) or VF8 (Legacy Manual). Are both hybrid bolt ons approx 250hp and 320hp


DIRECT BOLT ON: - VF compressor housing and BPT Exhaust housing. Will also bolt to B6T (1.6) exhaust housing.
