hey just wonderin what the best set up would be as in box style for a gemi.. in the boot.. any ideas
cause i have 2 12" rockford power hx2's and just wonderin if any of u people out the with gem's have experimented for the best box's results... eg ported using mdf of full fibre glass box

mdf will be easiest, do bout 2.5-3cu/ft ported as one chamber and tune low. if u want tight punchy bass put them in individual boxes and bout 1cu/ft each...

will give u a port length and box size more exact if u give me the subs specs/tech info...

if you've still got the boxes your subs came in, check on those and they give you specs on what sorta box sizes etc to make.. if not check www.rockfordfosgate.com and see if you can find the info on there, otherwise give the info to ferdie tongue.gif

subs facing the back would prolly sound betta, but i think bout 50 littres or more (but not 2 much) coz stereo's ive herd have all sounded betta in a bigga box
